This specimen is exceptionally prepared, and fully exposed. Incredible detail and completeness. The bottom of this trilobite has been cleaned out and it sits on an 2.5" matrix pedestal. Preparation easily took many dozens of hours to clean this specimen. Incredible prep work! All natural. Shell color is the original bronze. Compound eyes are very well preserved with exceptional detail. All natural - an incredible display piece. Middle Devonian age. Museum quality specimen.
