An incredibly well preserved egg shell section from a Saltasaurus, a Titanosaur sauropod, from Patagonia, Argentina. These egg shell pieces are larger than most, incredibly detailed, and massive with a shell thickness up to 1/4". These late Cretaceous age shells were found in the Anacleto Formation (80 MYA) in the Neuquen Province, Patagonia, Argentina. All natural. No restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. You can own a rare 80 million year old sauropod (Titanosaur) egg section!

Incredible dinosaur egg shell pieces from an Argentine Titanosaurid dinosaur. The Patagonia site contains 1000s of egg clutches that hold 20 to 40 eggs each. Embryonic remains were also discovered. Typical eggs were 4 to 5 inches in diameter and some reached 7". Eggs were laid in shallow excavated depressions without burial. Authenticity guaranteed.
