A Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth "Mako", shark tooth - lower jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands.  This tooth has good color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). This species is the ancestor to the Great White shark and Carcharomodus escheri. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.

The Celastrus winchesteri is a leaf from the Celastraceae family of tropical woody plants & schrubs from the Eocene age (48 MYA) in the ancient Lake Unita deposit.
