An ultra rare Top Quality, lower jaw lateral Notorynchus kempi, Seven-gill Cow shark, tooth from Kent, Kazakhstan. This tooth has five primary cusps. An Eocene (Bartonian) Cow shark species. A Top Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus premaxillary tooth from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The enamel is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Note - Thescelosaurus premaxillary teeth crown shape is quite distinct (see Thesc-Pachy maxillary teeth differentiation discussion below). No cracks or restoration. A Top Quality Prognathodon anceps tooth from the phosphate mining region, Khouribga, Morocco. P. anceps is one of the largest mosasaur species known with huge nearly round teeth used for crushing prey.  Exceptional condition and preservation. A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

A scarce Top Quality, Isurus retroflexus, the Longfin Mako shark tooth (upper jaw lateral tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown and a tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Sharp cutting edge. The rear top of root has a "shoulder" build up, a characteristic of Isurus retroflexus. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Miocene tooth from the Pungo River Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.

A Top Quality Diplomystus fish from the 18" layer, Green River Fm., Lincoln Co. Wyoming. The Diplomystus dentatus is a Herring from the Eocene age (50 MYA). This piece is from the 18 Inch Layer which is extremely hard and difficult to prepare. It also provides the most detailed, highly preserved fossils. Exceptional preservation and preparation. A natural Hoploscaphites nebrascensis ammonite with excellent preservation of the shell material. This ammonite species exhibits big ribs with multiple rows of tubercles (nodes). This specimen is sits on an original Pierre Shale with a flat base for a great display. This ammonite is from the upper Cretaceous, Pierre Shale Fm. of So. Dakota. Authenticity guaranteed. A Top Quality, Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. A lateral tooth. This tooth has an excellent golden tan color and a white root. Sharp edges and tip.
