An EXTRA LARGE RARE, Top Quality Acheroraptor temertyorum (raptor) tooth from Montana. Acheroraptor temertyorum is one of two recently described Hell Creek Fm. raptors, and it is a close relative of Velociraptor. A premaxillary or dentary front tooth. This tooth is 5/8" which is an extra large size. The enamel is excellent with a great brown color. Multiple prominent longitudinal "ribs" run the length of the crown. Excellent large posterior and small anterior serrations.  No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. A LARGE, RARE, Top Quality Megachasma tooth, the Megamouth shark, from the Bahia Iglesa Fm., Chile. The Megamouth shark is a very rare and exotic fossil shark tooth since it is rarely found in the fossil record. Megachasma teeth are one of the scarce and well preserved fossils that are unique to the Caldera Basin site in Chile!  Late Miocene age. Big base. No repair or restoration. A TOP QUALITY, very rare Basilosaurus cetoides, an Archaeocete whale tooth found in the Suwanee River, Suwanee Co., Florida. An excellent canine or incisor tooth (see photo for tooth positions).  An excellent brown colored crown and root. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows a wear pattern on crown. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age. A Top Quality Struthiomimus altus toe bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. Struthiomimus is a long legged, bipedal, toothless dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The Struthiomimus means "ostrich mimic" which best describes this species. An EXTRA LARGE Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid from Alnif, southeastern Morocco. A January Fossil of the Month.  The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This large crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail and the calyxs are large.  These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality. Authenticity guaranteed. A LARGE, Top Quality Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw tooth from So. Carolina. Otodus chubutensis or Chubutensis is the extinct ancestor of the Megalodon shark. An excellent Charcoal Gray colored crown. High quality enamel. The black bourlette is complete. Sharp serrations are sharp with a slightly worn tip serration. The root is black colored and complete.
