Edmontosaurus - Pes Ungual
A rare, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens hoof core (toe or pes ungual) from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This is a toe hoof core from an adult Edmontosaurus. The Edmontosaurus was bipedal and had much larger feet relative to hands. Bone quality and color excellent. Minor crack fill. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Harding Co. So. Dakota. A rare collector's quality Edmontosaurus pes hoof core. Authenticity guaranteed. These hoof cores are always very difficult to find!
