A rare, Quality Anzu wyliei toe bone (digit 1 - the large digit) from the Hell Creek Fm. of Montana. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An excellent toe bone. Excellent brown color and patina. This specimen has excellent perservation. A rare Top Quality Othnielosaurus consurs fibula bone from the Morrison Fm. This Othnielosaurus fibula measures 7-7/8". The bone is high quality. Excellent brown color and patina. Great overall condition with no restoration. Just basic crack fill. Othnielosaurus was a hypsilophodont dinosaur that lived during the late Jurassic. It was a fast moving herbivore / omnovore. A LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens caudal (tail) vertebra "chevron" from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The chevron is the appendage that resides below the tail vertebra that provides structure to the base of the tail. Chevron bones rarely survive and this one is 95% complete - rare! Also note the large pneumatic fossa on the sides - an Anzu vertebra trait. There is a segment of tendon fossilized with this vertebra.
