A rare Top Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This is a "Blue" layer tooth which are know for the highest preservation and best color - rarely seen outside of Europe. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. One side cusplet. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.

A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Miocene tooth from the Pungo River Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. A GEM, LARGE Seal Canine tooth from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. The seal teeth are rarely seen and they do not get any better quality than this one. An incredibly preserved Miocene seal canine tooth. A fantastic collector's tooth. It is ashame that there is no more access to the Lee Creek mine. This is an old collection piece.

Two Top Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus teeth (2 premaxillary teeth) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The enamel is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Note - Thescelosaurus premaxillary teeth crown shape is quite distinct (see Thesc-Pachy maxillary teeth differentiation discussion below). No cracks or restoration.
