A rare, Top Quality Suwanee Auriculatus tooth from the Suwanee River, northern Florida. An exceptional upper jaw anterior tooth. Gorgeous golden tan colored crown with a brown colored bourlette, and brown root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color & preservation with great river polish. The serrations are large and sharp with a worn tip serration. The root is complete. The PERFECT, very rare Parotodus benedeni tooth. An April 2019 Fossil of the Month. Lateral tooth. The crown has extremely sharp cutting edges. Exceptional light tan & blue color and preservation. An incredible wide bourlette. The root is ~5/8" thick and shows few small hydration cracks! Note- grooves on the sides of the root lobes - a Miocene tooth trait. A rare Galecerdo cuvier tooth from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) D013 is the tooth on the left. A very unique collector's tooth.  Authenticity guaranteed.
