The November week #3b FOTM is a very rare, TOP QUALITY Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Lee Creek mine, No. Carolina. This is an ultra rare anterior tooth. A perfect tip, perfect razor sharp cutting edges, and a complete root (1" thick). Root has the typical hydration crack present on all XL anterior teeth. A LARGE, Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens  tooth from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. A GEM 5-1/4" BLACK over GRAY colored Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This exceptional Meg tooth is our September 2017 Fossil of the Month. The incredible black over gray crown shows on the display and reverse sides. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. Excellent for a big Megalodon! The root has small hydration cracks and is complete. This GEM BLACK over GRAY Meg tooth is one of the best color Megalodon teeth of 2017. Incredible eye appeal. A fantastic collector's Meg tooth!
