An incredibly preserved, juvenile Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, molar found in Alaska . Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural color!  This molar has a nicely articulated chewing surface. A complete root - very rare. Completely fossilized. Weighs 1.5 lbs. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. An exceptional pathologic Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. This pathologic tooth exhibits unusual root depressions across the face of the root and has both side cusps coming out of the front of the root. A GEM, very rare Otodus aksuaticus tooth with gray color. Excellent transitional tooth with small serrations covering 3/4 of the crown and side cusps. Found in Tushbiar, Mangyshlak, W. Kazakhstan. This is a GEM quality tooth, but it a pit in the bourlette area. Kazakhstan is one of the few places on earth where the transition series from Ototdus (non-serrated) to Auriculatus (fully serrated) can be found.
