Our July FOTM week 2 offering - an ULTRA RARE, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Chubutensis tooth - an upper jaw anterior position. A monster sized 3-3/4" Chubutensis tooth. Rare copper red colors with rich reds and red-brown colors. The bourlette is very good. The serrations are sharp with a worn tip. Excellent color! Incredible size and excellent overall condition. An Ultra Rare, TOP QUALITY Parotodus benedeni, the False Mako, tooth from Pyramid Hill, Kern County, California. This tooth has a nice tan colored enamel and a very massive root. The crown enamel has good luster and sharp edges. High quality enamel. Note - the right root end was professionally repaired. It is difficult to see any repair. A GEM, 4-7/8"+" Classic Lee Creek Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw PRINCIPAL ANTERIOR tooth. This Meg has an incredible light tan and blue colored crown with an excellent brown bourlette. Highest quality enamel - complete! Exceptional color! The bourlette is excellent and complete! The serrations are large and razor sharp - perfect. An excellent tip serration. Exceptional serrations for a big Meg! The root is an excellent tan color and absolutely complete. This Megalodon was found in the Pungo River Formation, Lee Creek mine, NC (Miocene age = 15 MYA). This tooth is from an old collection. One of the finest examples of a classic upper jaw anterior Lee Creek Megs considering the shape, color, and preservation. An ULTRA RARE High Quality, 6"+ Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth from a large adult T. rex. A May Fossil of the Month. This Rex crown measures 5-13/16" (straight line) or 6-1/4" (on curve) and 1-7/8" wide. The enamel is the very good quality with some wear. Great brown & black color. A massive extra wide tooth. You can see why this bone crusher is referred to as a "banana tooth". Overall the tooth is very good quality with typical crack fill and some wear from tumbling down a Hell Creek stream. This is a real ~6" tooth. No major restoration or fill  and not a "Frankenstein" combination tooth like other sellers have offered. The serrations were very worn and were professionally restored. T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. See the detailed description to determine how to tell a real T-Rex tooth! Legally collected on privately deeded land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - a Riker frame is included. This is a BIG high quality collector's tooth.
