A rare, Top Quality Brachyceratops montanensis juvenile tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian - Two Medicine Fm.) in northern North America. Brachyceratops is a smaller Campanian ceratopsian currently only kown from juvenile remains.  This tooth measures 5/16" -  an excellent juvenile Brachyceratops tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. No crack, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Two Medicine Fm., Teton Co., Montana. A Top Quality Tietea singularis, petrified Tree Fern. trunk section from the Maranhão Basin, NE Brazil. This tree fern was from the Pedra do Fogo Formation and is Permian age age (265 MYA). One end is polished and the other is sanded. The interior is highly vascular with unqiue pores and channels that have been silicified into agate. The exterior trunk section nicely preserved. Trunk section length is 4-3/8" in length and makes a great display.  This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and color. Authenticity guaranteed. An Extra Large, TOP QUALITY, 3" Carcharodon (Isurus) hastalis tooth with an excellent blue & tan colored crown. A March Fossil of the Month. This is a natural matrix specimen sitting with many whale bones in the original Round Mountain Silt matrix block. The large whale bone at base is 5-3/4" x 3". Plus there are four more whale bones and a shark vertebra exposed in this matrix block. This is a 100% natural matrix piece - nothing added or glued. 100% natural.
