A Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth has short pathologic ribs in the enamel. Possibly an attempt to create serrations. There have been some C. hubellii GW transition teeth found in the mine.  This tooth has a rich two-tone tan crown and a light tan colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root. It is a Pliocene tooth from the Yorktown Fm. An excellent collector's tooth. A Huge, HIGH QUALITY copper red colored Angustidens - upper jaw lateral tooth from the Meherrin River, No. Carolina. Incredible light copper red & green colors! This tooth was not exposed to the river too long so it is a mix of copper red and green. No enamel peel. The serrations are sharp including the tip. One very nice, extra large side cusp. A Top Quality Isurus desori , a Mako shark tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. This tooth has excellent color and perservation. Sharp cutting edge.
