An EXTRA LARGE, HIGH QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an incredible light tan & red colored crown with a red brown colored extra large bourlette. Highest quality enamel. Excellent color! The serrations are razor sharp (100% complete) with an excellent tip serration. The root is essentially complete with some surface pits that happens with many West Java Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE & very rare Archaeocete whale, Zygorhiza kochii, from Harleyville, So. Carolina. Our 2nd November Fossil of the Month is a highly desirable Zygorhiza molar or "yoke" tooth.  An exceptional chocolate brown colored crown and tan root. The crown has fantastic articulation with incredible detail. Complete root. This tooth has minimal repair to tips of the 3 cusps on the left side only. Very little repair overall for a yoke tooth which are typically heavily repaired.  One of the BEST Archaeocete molars that I have seen from So. Carolina in a long time. A very rare collector's tooth. Museum Quality.  Note - 6" x 8" Riker frame included. One of my favorites!

A LARGE, Top Quality Salix longiacuminata leaf from the Green River Fm., Cowboy Canyon, Bonanza Co., Utah. The Salix longiacuminata is a Willow leaf from the Eocene age (48 MYA) in the ancient Lake Unita deposit. This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and excellent color. Some natural insect damage. A rare Carcharhinus brachyurus tooth, the Copper shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D070 is the upper jaw tooth on the right. Authenticity guaranteed.
