A GEM Otodus with a severely distorted cutting edge - what I refer to as the "acid" effect. The entire top of the crown is split into multiple cusps that are melting away -  a very unusual pathology. Incredible color and preservation. Museum quality.Perfect tooth.

A GORGEOUS, EXTRA LARGE copper red colored Angustidens  tooth - an upper jaw lateral tooth from the Meherrin River in northeastern No. Carolina. An ULTRA RARE Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth from a large adult T. rex. An April Fossil of the Month. This Rex crown measures 4-3/4" (straight line) or 5" (on curve) and 1-5/8" wide. The enamel is the high quality. Great brown & black color. A massive extra wide tooth. You can see why this bone crusher is referred to as a "banana tooth". Overall the tooth is excellent quality with crack fill. This is a real 5" tooth. Note - this tooth was found in the spring of 2021 and it was exposed to the winter freeze and thaw cycle which cracked the tooth in to pieces. This tooth was professionally prepared and put back together with missing area filled in.
