An excellent, rare unidentified Dicotaledon fruit / seed pod specimen from Morocco. The Moroccan "pine cone". Found in the late Eocene sediments in Western Sahara, Morocco. Excellent detail preserved. Note that the interior of the cone is replaced by agate.

A rare Carcharhinus macloti tooth, the Hardnose shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. A TOP QUALITY shark vertebra from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Exceptional condition and preservation. Incredibly defined ventral holes. This vertebara is a septate design and resembles a vertebra from the Isurus hastalis (Mako) shark. These vertebrae are rarely found and exceptional specimens are extremely difficult to obtain.
