A rare, Top Quality ~5" CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the sand layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile. A March Fossil of the Month. An excellent light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. Good quality enamel. The bourlette has a nice mahogany brown color and is 100% complete. The serrations are sharp with some damage. The root is excellent tan color and extra wide with a small sliver of damage on the side of the root. Good "eye appeal". Great symmetry. No repair or restoration. A rare Chilean Megalodon tooth from the old days! A Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth "Mako", shark tooth - upper jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. This is a "Blue" layer tooth which are know for the highest preservation and best color - rarely seen outside of Europe. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). This species is the ancestor to the Great White shark and Carcharomodus escheri. An excellent collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed.

A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color. A rare, TOP QUALITY  Megalodon tooth - upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. One of our January 2018 Fossils of the Month. An exceptional tan and blue crown with a large brown bourlette - great eye appeal. High quality enamel - the surface is like glass! The serrations are razor sharp and essentially complete with a good tip serration - rare for a big Meg!
