A "Flying" TOP QUALITY Walliserops trifurcatus trilobite, the "trident Comura".  A November Fossil of the Month and one of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. Walliserops trifurcatus is an unusual looking species with three rows of of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. The preparation is German controlled with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. Great natural black shell with excellent luster. A rare Prognathodon anceps jaw section from the Cretaceous of Morocco. A November Fossil of the Month.This rare jaw section still resides in its original matrix. The jaw is all natural and exhibits a single typical crack that occur to jaws during fossilization. There are 7 original teeth that remain in the jaw (they are not reinserted).  Exceptional condition and preservation. A rare Mosasaur jaw section from the hero of Jurassic World!  Note - the large Moroccan Mosasaur has been renamed to a Prognathodon genus. A rare Carcharhinus macloti tooth, the Hardnose shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. D127 is the upper jaw tooth on the left. Authenticity guaranteed.

An EXTRA LARGE, pyrite replaced Paraspirifer bownockeri brachiopod from the Silica Shale Fm., Sylvania, Ohio. Brachiopods are bivalve molluscs, and this is a big one. Both valves present  - complete specimen and matrix free. Note -  1-1/2" thick and heavy! This is a Devonian (395 mya) brachiopod. The big Silica Fm. brachiopod.
