A rare Top Quality Carcharomodus escheri, a "serrated Mako" shark tooth - lower jaw anterior tooth from the "De Kuilen" sand pit, Mill, The Netherlands. The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This is a "Blue" layer tooth which are know for the highest preservation and best color - rarely seen outside of Europe. This tooth has excellent color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. Two side cusplets. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.

A Top Quality, Rare Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis spike from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A complete node with good articulation. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. This spike has excellent color / patina. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. An excellent collector's quality Pachychephalosaurus spike. You don't see these skull pieces very often. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

An ultra rare, LARGE Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark whorl with 7 big crowns, from Herrin, Illinois. An October Fossil of the Month. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation and serrations. This whorl is incredible teeth detail - the first 5 crowns are all natural and the the last two have some top repair. One of the finest whorls that I have had. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. Note - Two crown tips were professionally retored. Authenticity guaranteed. Seven plus crown whorl sections are ultra rare!  The BEST.

A ~4" TOP QUALTIY Megalodon - Golden Beach tooth. Fantastic caramel tan colored crown with an incredible brown colored bourlette (extra large & complete!) and a brown root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent serrations with a damaged tip serration. No hydration cracks on root! Miocene age (10-15 million years ago). A very good size for a Florida Meg tooth.  A couple of small flaws away from an ultra high dollar GEM tooth. No repair - of course! An excellent collector's Golden Beach tooth.

This is a node cluster with a large node surrounded by a group of small nodes. Note -  the excellent articulated skull surface on the base of the node. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Powder River Co., Montana. An excellent and very rare collector's quality Pachychephalosaurus node cluster. A Top Quality Chilean Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. This is an upper jaw tooth with three primary cusps. Excellent preservation and fantastic color. Perfect cusps. These tooth was found in the Bahia Inglesa Fm. and is late Miocene to early Pliocene age. A scarce collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. Unfortunately there are no more teeth coming from this site. This rare piece is from an old collection!

This is all of the sloth material that I have from 10+ years ago! A very rare collector's tooth.

An ultra rare, Thalassocnus, a Swimming Sloth, claw. This sloth lived on the west coast of So. America during the late Miocene age. The rare claw is from the Bahia Inglesia Formation, Copiapo, Chile. Fantastic red color. Very good condition with minor damage (erosion). No repair.  I have not seen a swimming sloth claw for sale before. This is all of the sloth material that I have from 10+ years ago! A rare collector's claw.
