A very rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis tibia. A complete adult tibia on a custom steel stand. A May Fossil of the Month. This Allosaurus tibia measures 32" (36.5" on stand). This is a heavy bone which is 9" wide at top and 9.5" at bottom. Highest quality bone. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent overall condition with some normal crack fill. No restoration. A rare, Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. An April Fossil of the Month. NC002 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 80% complete with minimal dentin layer exposed. The root is completeand nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth. This is a gorgeous Miocene Meg with "root ear" develoment and grooves on the root end sides. Note - you rarely see a copper red colored Megalodon tooth that has a top quality crown and serrations and a complete root - a top 1% tooth from this site! A High Quality Hexanchus griseus tooth from the Caldera Basin of Chile. This is near complete lower jaw tooth from a large shark. Superb preservation and color. Seven primary cusps. A very rare, early Otodus mugodzharicus upper jaw, lateral tooth from Aktulagay, western Kazakhstan. A transitional tooth leading to C. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. A November Fossil of the Month.The bourlette is complete. Tooth exhibits "wavy serrated" edges similar to the Isurus escheri tooth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed.
