A Top Quality, rare Pararaucaria pine cone specimen from Argentina. These Jurassic pine cones are exquisite and known for their high quality and great preservation. This cone shows good detail and has a small section of the top missing.  I no longer receive any more specimens as exports have stopped for more than 10 years.  No repair or restoration. A Metasequoia occidentalis (Dawn Redwood) branch from Beaverhead Co., Montana. The Metasequoia  evloved in late late Cretaceous and survived the end of the Mesozoic extinctions. Three branches with two on back. Great preservation. Found in the Muddy Creek Fm. -  Oligicene age. Authenticity guaranteed.
