A Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens metatarsal bone from the late Cretaceous of North America. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The metarsals were the largest toe bones. This bone is metatarsal II from toe 2 from the left foot.  Bone quality is excellent. Minor crack fill. No restoration. A Very Rare, Top Quality (Gem) Protoheptranchias lowei symphyseal tooth from Hornby Island, British Columbia, Canada. An August Fossil of the Month. This is a new genius from the Late Cretaceous deep water Northumberland Formation deposit. A unique species of Hexanchiforme shark.
