Carolina.  The Giant Capybara was an oversized rodent that evolved in the Pleistocene and became extinct at the end of the Pleistocene in North America. An Extra Large, Top Quality Celastrus winchesteri leaf the from Green River Fm., Douglas Pass, Garfield Co., Colorado. The Celastrus winchesteri is a leaf from the Celastraceae family of tropical woody plants & schrubs from the Eocene age (48 MYA) in the ancient Lake Unita deposit.
