A very rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis tibia. A complete adult tibia on a custom steel stand. A May Fossil of the Month. This Allosaurus tibia measures 32" (36.5" on stand). This is a heavy bone which is 9" wide at top and 9.5" at bottom. Highest quality bone. Great rich dark brown color. Excellent overall condition with some normal crack fill. No restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Big Horn Basin, Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.
