An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY Mosasaurus beaugei tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. Excellent preservation. Note - the well defined ridges running the length of the crown - a M. beaugei characteristic. This massive specimen has an excellent wide cross-section. A rare, incredibly preserved LARGE Asterocidaris bistriata, a fossil club echinoid (urchin). The specimen is fully inflated, nicely articulated, and complete with long spines - a very aesthetic display. These “Club” echinoids on matrix include some composite spines/radioles from their species. This fantastic echinoid is middle Jurassic period from from Boulemane, Middle Atlas Mts., Morocco. A Gem Quality Miocene-Pliocene Mastodon molar from Florida. Incredible color (red, gold & brown) and detail. An August Fossil of the Month. An extinct elephant ancestor that inhabited North America during the late Miocene to late Pliocene. This molar is a recently erupted tooth with a small amount of cusp wear. Excellent articulation. An ULTRA RARE Pachychephalosaurus wyomingensis skull section from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. A February Fossil of the Month. This is a post orbital skull section covered with 12+ spikes. Pachychephalosaurus is the dinosaur which is famous for its large domed head surrounded by these spikes and nodes. These spikes and nodes were part of the Pachy skull. This skull section has exceptional color and patina. Note the incredible blood grooves in the bone. It is a complete specimen with no cracks or breaks. Legally collected on private land in the Lance Creek Fm., Niobrara Co., Wyoming. A Top Quality Carcharodon hastalis, Broad-tooth Mako, shark tooth - lower jaw lateral tooth from the Bahia Iglesa Fm. of Chile. This tooth has a light blue crown and a tan root. Excellent color!
