Our 2nd November FOTM is a GEM quality, rare Araucaria mirabilis pine cone specimen from Argentina. Extra large stem. Exceptional definition. Only slightly compressed. One of the finest pine cones that I have seen! No repair (that goes for all of the pine cones). This ultra rare cone is from an old collection with no new supply available. Authenticity guaranteed. A very rare, LARGE, GEM Quality Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth. This tooth measures 3-3/8" (straightline). A June Fossil of the Month. The enamel has excellent color and patina. Good anterior and posterior serrations. Serrated to the tip. The base cross-section is a wide and tall oval. Very thick. All hydration cracks are left natural as found. No repair or restoration. A 100% natural tooth. A gem quality T. rex tooth! T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. A GEM Quality Carcharodon carcharias, the Great White shark, tooth from So. Carolina. An upper jaw anterior tooth. Solid charcoal gray colored enamel and a solid dark gray colored root. Root is well preserved - very difficult to find in the Carolina GWs. Exceptional razor sharp serrations with a great tip serration. An EXCELLENT Great White shark collector's tooth.
