An EXTRA LARGE, very rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni  tooth with a massive root from the Summerville, So. Carolina. A Miocene-Pliocene age tooth from the Hawthorne Fm. Nice tan color. Lateral tooth. Good quality enamel . Root is complete, thick (3/4"), nicely articulated, and a typical hydration crack. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A very difficult tooth to locate from a rare location.

A "Flying" TOP QUALITY Walliserops trifurcatus trilobite, the "trident Comura".  A November Fossil of the Month and one of the collector's favorite spiny trilobites. Walliserops trifurcatus is an unusual looking species with three rows of of spines run down its back and a trident-like fork extending from the front of the cephalon. The preparation is German controlled with all original colors and no restoration. Exceptional completeness and preservation. Great natural black shell with excellent luster. The bottom of this trilobite has been cleaned out and it sits on an 1" matrix pedestal. A very difficult species to prepare. Excellent shell and spine preservation. Compound eyes are very good. An ultra rare, GEM Quality Torvosaurus tanneri tooth from the Morrison Formation. A September Fossil of the Month. This completeTorvosaurus crown measures 1-516". The enamel is highest quality. Excellent rich black color. Exceptional posterior and anterior serrations. Note - the anterior carina end about 1/2 of the way down from the tip. The diagnostic for a Torvosaurus tooth. Fantastic overall enamel condition and serrations. No repair or restoration. Torvosaurus was a large predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Morrison Fm., Johnson Co., Wyoming. Authenticity guaranteed.  Note - a Gem case display is included. A very difficult species to find. The BEST!

A rare, ~3" GEM Great White transition shark tooth, Carcharodon hubbelli, from Chile. The C. hubbelli is an evolutionary transition from the non-serrated big-tooth Mako shark to the fully serrated Great White shark which takes place in the late Miocene period. A FANTASTIC, EXTRA LARGE GW Transition tooth. The BEST of the BEST!

An ULTRA Rare, TOP QUALITY Parotodus benedeni, the False Mako, tooth from Sharktooth Hill, near Bakersfield, California. This tooth has an excellent tan colored enamel and a very massive root.
