A rare, Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Anzu wyliei hand (manus) claw from the Hell Creek Fm. of SE Montana. Another June 2018 Fossil of the Month. Anzu is referred to as the "Chicken from Hell". An exceptional manus claw. Highest quality rich brown color and patina. This specimen has incredible perservation with exceptional surfaces - no pitting, nicks or wear - superb surface articulation! There is some professional restoration which is typical for a big Anzu wyliei manus claw. The tip has a small section repaired and the proximal edge has a small triangular area repaired which starts at the center of proximal surface (see photo). A HIGH Quality Great White shark tooth - lower jaw anterior tooth from Chile. This tooth has a golden tan, colored crown, a distinct gum line, and a brown root. Great color! A rare Hemipristis serra tooth, the Snaggletooth shark, from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. A Top Quality Scyphocrinites elegans crinoid from Alnif, Morocco. The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). This crinoid has a bulbous calyx with incredible detail. This crinoid has a good sized stem section of 3". These crinoids make fantastic display pieces. Museum Quality specimen. A TOP QUALITY, EXTRA LARGE Angustidens tooth - a wide upper jaw anterior tooth from the Wando River, SC. This Angustidens tooth is exceptionally large - nearly 4" - a size rarely seen with a Angustidens.  The color is excellent.  The enamel quality is exceptional. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. The bourlette is excellent and essentially complete. The root is excellent and complete.
