An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni shark tooth, the extinct False Mako shark, from the Nottoway River, Virginia. A January fossil of the Month. This is a Virginia Red Sire tooth with a great dep red color. Excellent preservation and condition. A Pliocene tooth. Two Top Quality Thescelosaurus neglectus teeth (2 premaxillary teeth) from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Thescelosaurus is a mid-sized dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. The enamel is excellent quality with excellent color / patina. Note - Thescelosaurus premaxillary teeth crown shape is quite distinct (see Thesc-Pachy maxillary teeth differentiation discussion below). No cracks or restoration.
