A rare, Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. An April Fossil of the Month. NC002 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 80% complete with minimal dentin layer exposed. The root is completeand nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth. This is a gorgeous Miocene Meg with "root ear" develoment and grooves on the root end sides. Note - you rarely see a copper red colored Megalodon tooth that has a top quality crown and serrations and a complete root - a top 1% tooth from this site! NO repair or restoration. An old collection piece from the rarest location to find a top quality Megalodon tooth - rarer than Chile, Peru, Bone Valley, etc. Authenticity guaranteed. A LARGE, Top Quality Galeocerdo eaglesomi, an extinct Tiger shark, tooth from the phosphate mines of Hahotoe, Togo. A challenging Tiger shark tooth to find! An anterior tooth. An ultra rare, top quality 5-3/4" Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth found in the Round Mountain Silt near Bakersfield, California. A location that produces very few Megalodon teeth and one of the toughest Megs to locate. This tooth was found in the Ernst West quarry. An October Fossil of the Month.  This Megalodon tooth has the highest quality enamel with a great Blue & Tan color. The bourlette is a brown color and nearly complete. The root is nicely articulated and complete. The serrations are complete with a good tip serration - incredible serrations for a large Sharktooth Hill Meg tooth! This is a middle Miocene Meg. Note - the grooves on the root ends and the small root "ears" at the top of the root - a Miocene Meg tooth feature!  Note - a 3/8" enamel section pooped off and was reattached on the right side (1/2" from the root). You do not see large middle Miocene Sharktooth Hill Megs from Bakersfield, California very often. One of the rarest Megs! Authenticity guaranteed. An incredible Museum Quality Sharktooth Hill Megalodon tooth that came out of a 25 year old old collection!  A custom display stand is included. A beautifully prepared, GEM QUALITY Comura bultyncki trilobite. The collector's favorite spiny trilobite. An April Fossil of the Month. Dozens of large spines fully exposed requiring many dozens of hours of air abrasion. One of the most difficult species to prepare. The Comura has very ornate spiny trilobite design with excellent compound eyes! Excellent shell and spine preservation. Large size. A scarce species!
