An ultra rare Top Quality juvenile, Allosaurus fragilis tooth with a complete root. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-13/16", and it is displayed on its Morrison Fm. matrix. The enamel is high quality. Great rich brown color. Good posterior and anterior serrations. Very good overall condition and serrations. Normal crack fill. No restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators. Legally collected on private land in the Bob Simon Quarry, Morrison Fm., Carbon Co., Wyoming. A Top Quality Edmontosaurus annectens tail (cervical) vertebra from the late Cretaceous of North America. A May Fossil of the Month. Edmontosaurus is a very large hadrosaur or "duck-bill" dinosaur found in the Hell Creek formation. This cervical vertebra is 100% complete without restoration - rare!  Bone quality is excellent. Processes are intact. No cracks. No repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Hell Creek Fm., Carter Co., Montana. An exceptional collector's quality Edmontosaurus vertebra.
