The Scyphocrinites crinoid was a floating variety which was attached to a holdfast air bladder that supported multiple stems and calyx ("flower"). An incredibly preserved, LARGE Woolly Mammoth (Mammuthus primigenius), an early elephant, molar found in Alaska. An October Fossil of the Month. Mammoths were present in this area during the Late Pleistocene Ice Age. Fantastic natural red color!  This molar has a nicely articulated chewing surface. A complete root - very rare. An incredibly sized, GEM Great White shark tooth from Chile.
