"The Color Collection - North of the River"  An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY, upper jaw anterior Isurus planus tooth from the Sharktooth Hill area, California. This tooth is displayed on its original Round Mountain silt matrix along with a 5-1/4" whale bone. Beautiful blue crown with an excellent brown colored root. Excellent preservation. A Top Quality Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian - Two Medicine Fm.) in northern North America. This tooth measures 1-5/8" -  an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior and posterior serrations are excellent. Serrated to the tip with a small wear facet on tip and the side. No crack, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Two Medicine Fm., Glacier Co., Montana. This is an excellent Daspletosaurus or Gorgosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. Authenticity guaranteed. An excellent collector's tooth. Note - the only Tyrannosaurs in the Two Medicine Fm. are Daspletosaurus or Gorgosaurus. A Riker display frame is included.

A very rare Isurus praecursor dentition. There are 60 teeth total (26 uppers and 24 lowers). Teeth range from 1-9/16" to 1". All teeth are top quality or near top quality condition. The dentition is approximately 16" wide and 12" tall. Great color and excellent condition. Very attractive. Individual tooth cost is less than $20 - cheap! You will not see a set of teeth from Isurus praecursor very often.

The Carcharomodus escheri  was named as a new genus in 2015 based upon a crenulated cutting edge ("wavy serrations"), slender & distally inclined crown, and side cusplets. This tooth has good color and preservation. Sharp cutting edge. The age is late Miocene (approx. 6-8 million years ago). An excellent rare collector's tooth. Authenticity guaranteed. A difficult tooth to source.
