A rare, TOP QUALITY BIG "Georgia RED" Megalodon tooth from the Miocene - an upper jaw Principal Anterior tooth. A December Fossil 2019 of the Month. The enamel is the Highest Quality with a few, fine hydration cracks. The crown is a fantastic mix of red & brown color - very nice. An excellent, dark brown colored bourlette which is nearly complete. Razor sharp serrations including an excellent tip serration. The serrations are just about perfect with partial damage to two of them. Exceptional serrations for a BIG Meg tooth.The root is an excellent brown color, nicely articulated, and complete. A fantastic color combination. Note - these Georgia Megs are fantastic - essentially no sign of wear and excellent perservation. An incredible color collector's BIG Megalodon tooth from Georgia. Well preserved egg shell pieces from the second Late Cretaceous Titanosaur dinosaur from southern France. This was a medium sized Titanosaur. A very unique shell design with well defined small dimples. These egg shell pieces are typical size for these small eggs with a shell thickness of ~1/8". A Top Quality Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian - Two Medicine Fm.) in northern North America. This tooth measures 1-5/8" -  an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior and posterior serrations are excellent. Serrated to the tip with a small wear facet on tip and the side. No crack, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Two Medicine Fm., Glacier Co., Montana. This is an excellent Daspletosaurus or Gorgosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. A LARGE, ultra rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaur toe bone from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this toe bone could Albertosaurus, Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. A May Fossil of the Month. This toe bone measures 3-5/8" - an excellent Tyrannosaur toe bone. This could be the next to last digit of the center toe (see Albertosaurus foot photo). The bone is very high quality and complete with excellent color. One crack repaired. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Hill Co., Montana.
