A rare Sphyraena striata (Barracuda) tooth from Sumatra, Indonesia. These teeth were deposited in the Telisa formation - a shallow marine environment during the middle Miocene (approx. 15 million years ago.) A very unique collector's tooth. A LARGE "Prosqualodon" primitive dolphin tooth with a big root from the Sharktooth Hill area, near Bakersfield, California. A fantastic Prosqualodon display piece on its original matrix with a 4" whale bone. Excellent preservation and gorgeous color. Excellent crown and root - very unusual for this species.
