A very rare, Parotodus benedeni  tooth from the Wando River, So. Carolina. An Oligocene age tooth from the Ashley Marl. Top quality enamel and very clean & sharp edges and a sharp tip! Note - This tooth is still embedded is its oririginal matrix consisting of Round Mountain silt formation along with several mammal bones making a fantastic display!
