A Top Quality undescribed Ginseng species leaf the from Green River Fm., Evacuation Creek, Uinta Co., Utah. The undescribed species is a leaf from the Ginseng plant from the Eocene age (48 MYA) in the ancient Lake Unita deposit. This piece exhibits exceptional preservation and excellent color. Nicely articulated. Note - enamel tip shows wear pattern on crown from grinding. Whales do not shed their teeth like the sharks so there teeth will wear with age.
