A LARGE, Top Quality, Otodus obliquus tooth from the Khouribga phosphate mining area of Morocco. This tooth has an excellent golden tan color and a white root. Sharp edges and tip. A Top Quality Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian - Two Medicine Fm.) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. A May Fossil of the Month. This tooth measures 1-13/16" -  an excellent Tyrannosaur tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior and posterior serrations are excellent. Serrated to the tip with a small wear facet on tip. Base is large and round. No crack, repair or restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Two Medicine Fm., Glacier Co., Montana. This is an excellent Daspletosaurus tooth based on size and roundness of the tooth cross-section. An extinct early Running Rhinoceras jaw (Hyracodon nebraskensis) from Sioux Co., Nebraska. Hyracodon nebraskensis was one of many mammals that thrived in the Early Oligocene in North America. Found in the Brule Fm. (Rupelian) 33 - 30 million years ago. A very well preserved specimen. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed.

A TOP QUALITY very rare classic Parotodus benedeni tooth from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Lateral tooth. The crown has sharp cutting edges. A very rare, Top Quality Edestus heinrichi shark tooth, from Herrin, Illinois. This is a Paleozoic shark that lived in swamps that our now underground coal deposits. Excellent preservation, serrations, and serration detail. The Edestus shark would have an upper and lower tooth whorl that are vertically opposed. Research showed that they could use their opposing teeth in a scissor-like motion or a vertical whipping motion to cut prey. It is the first animal to cut vertically. A very strange looking and unique acting shark. Shark recreation image is credited to Julio Lacerdo. These rare teeth are Pennsylvanian age from Illinois. A LARGE, Top Quality Ptychodus mortoni, an extinct durophagous (shell-crushing) shark, tooth from Dallas Co., Texas. An excellent example of this Upper Cretaceous Eagle Ford Fm. tooth. These  teeth have a design that includes a high cusp with radiating occlusal ridges extending across the cusp face. Authenticity guaranteed. P. mortoni is a rare species in Texas, and when teeth get this large they are extremely rare!
