A rare, TOP QUALITY  Megalodon tooth - upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. One of our January 2018 Fossils of the Month. An exceptional tan and blue crown with a large brown bourlette - great eye appeal. High quality enamel - the surface is like glass! The serrations are razor sharp and essentially complete with a good tip serration - rare for a big Meg! A Scaldicetus sp., a Sperm whale, jaw seation with 5 tooth sockets from the Caldera area of Chile. An incredible late Miocene Sperm whale jaw from the Bahia Inglesa Fm. This jaw section has great preservation and a fantastic brown color This specimen is attached to its original matix. Makes a great display. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. A HIGH QUALITY Megalodon - upper jaw tooth from West Java, Indonesia. This Megalodon has an excellent tan colored crown with red & gold colored bourlette. High quality enamel. Excellent color! The serrations are razor sharp with a good tip serration. The root is not complete with some pits that happens with most West Java Megs. Miocene Age. No repair or restoration. Authenticity Guaranteed. A great project tooth.

My recommendation for the collector's first reference guide to identify their Miocene - Pliocene age collection pieces. A must for the Lee Creek fossil collector - shark teeth and other fossils.

BB08            Size: 5-1/2"  x 8-1/2"

A Top Quality, Tyrannosaur tooth from the late Cretaceous (Campanian) in northern North America. Please note that this tooth could Gorgosaurus or Daspletosaurus - see Detailed Discussion below. This tooth measures 1-3/16" - an excellent Tyrannosaur  tooth on its original matrix. A 1st dentary tooth. The enamel is high quality with excellent color. Anterior serrations are good and posterior serrations are excellent. A small repair to base. No restoration. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Winifred Co., Montana. BB09              Size:  5-1/2" x 8-1/2"

A TOP QUALITY, LARGE Stylemys nebrascensis, a fossil tortoise shell, from the White River Badlands, Brule Formation, South Dakota. Fantastic color and preservation. Note that Stylemys is thought to be a burrowing tortoise which helps maintain the 3-D in aspect of the shell when they are died in their burrow. Exceptional preparation with a little restoration done to the left side (front view) which is minor and common for the White River tortoise shells. One of the better White River tortoise shells and a great display piece. Authenticity guaranteed.

WR001         SIZE: 6-1/4" x 5" x 3"

A rare Top Quality, Allosaurus fragilis  tooth. This Allosaurus crown measures 1-9/16". The enamel is high quality. Great rich dark brown color. Very good serrations. Minor crack fill. Very good overall condition. No repair or restoration. Allosaurus was the apex predator during the late Jurassic with large teeth designed to slash predators.
