An ultra rare, Top Quality Parotodus benedeni shark tooth, the extinct False Mako shark, from the Nottoway River, Virginia. A January fossil of the Month. This is a Virginia Red Sire tooth with a great dep red color. Excellent preservation and condition. A Pliocene tooth.
