A HUGE, ultra rare trilobite from the Middle Devonian of Morocco. This is a very good commercial quality Burmeisterella aff. armata trilobite. Unfortunately, only sections of this trilobite are found at any time. So, these trilobites are assembled from pieces - a quality restruction of this incredible trilobite which is found in few worldwide locations. Commercial specimens will have some damage and some repair & restoration, but they can be offered at a relatively low price. A Leptopius duponti - fossil Weevil cocoon from Eyre Pennisula, South Australia. They are known as "pixie clogs". These cacoons were spun by the weevils in their pupae stage to protect them during metamorphosis into adult beetles. Excellent preservation. Note - 1-5/16" thick. This is a late Pleistocene - Holocene trace fossil. A unique display piece!

An ULTRA RARE Top Quality, EXTRA LARGE Tyrannosaurus rex  tooth from a large adult T. rex. An April Fossil of the Month. This Rex crown measures 4-3/4" (straight line) or 5" (on curve) and 1-5/8" wide. The enamel is the high quality. Great brown & black color. A massive extra wide tooth. You can see why this bone crusher is referred to as a "banana tooth". Overall the tooth is excellent quality with crack fill. This is a real 5" tooth. Note - this tooth was found in the spring of 2021 and it was exposed to the winter freeze and thaw cycle which cracked the tooth in to pieces. This tooth was professionally prepared and put back together with missing area filled in. It looks incredible!  T-Rex was the apex during the late Cretaceous with massive teeth capable of crushing its prey. See the detailed description to determine how to tell a real T-Rex tooth!
