An EXTRA LARGE pyrite replaced Paraspirifer bownockeri brachiopod from the Silica Shale Fm., Sylvania, Ohio. Both valves present  - complete specimen and matrix free. More than 1-1/4"+ thick and heavy! This is a Devonian (395 mya) brachiopod. The big Silica Fm. brachiopod. A fantastic display specimen!

A rare, Top Quality Classic Red Site Carcharocles megalodon from the Meherrin River, North Carolina. This Meg is an incredible upper jaw anterior tooth. An April Fossil of the Month. NC002 has an incredibly rich copper-red color. Fantastic color! The enamel is the highest quality with exceptional gloss. The serrations are large and 100% complete with a perfect tip. Bourlette is brown and 80% complete with minimal dentin layer exposed. The root is completeand nicely articulated. A very well preserved tooth. This is a gorgeous Miocene Meg with "root ear" develoment and grooves on the root end sides. Note - you rarely see a copper red colored Megalodon tooth that has a top quality crown and serrations and a complete root - a top 1% tooth from this site! NO repair or restoration. An old collection piece from the rarest location to find a top quality Megalodon tooth - rarer than Chile, Peru, Bone Valley, etc. Authenticity guaranteed. You will not see a Best of the BEST Copper -red Meg very often!

A very rare, Parotodus benedeni  tooth from the Charleston Co., So. Carolina. An Oligocene age tooth from the Ashley Marl. Top quality enamel and very clean & sharp edges and a sharp tip! Wide crown shape. Root is complete, nicely articulated, and thick. No repair or restoration. Authenticity guaranteed. This is as good as they get! One of my best Oligocene P. benedeni teeth!

A fantastic group of four, large well preserved Jurassic brachiopods on matrix from Poix-Terron, France. All fully inflated and complete. Largest specimens are 1-1/4". An excellent collector's piece.
