A RARE, TOP QUALITY Prognathodon curri tooth from the Cretaceous of Morocco. This is one of the rare Moroccan mosasaur species. This specimen is massive with round crown and a wide cross-section. A rare Top Quality Camarasaurus metatarsal bone from the Morrison Fm. This juvenile Camarasaurus metatarsal measures 4-7/8". The bone is high quality. Excellent brown color and patina. Great overall condition with no restoration. Just basic crack fill. Camarasaurus was a medium-sized sauropod that lived during the late Jurassic. An upper jaw anterior tooth. This C. hubbelli tooth has medium to small serrations at the base of the cutting edge that disappear towards the tip. An EXTRA LARGE Top Quality, Carcharodon hastalis,  Mako shark tooth (upper anterior jaw tooth) from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. Note - This tooth exhibits the classic characteristic shape of the middle Miocene Mako teeth found both in the Lee Creek mine and the NC red site. I do not see this Mako tooth shape from other Miocene deposits. Possibly a hastalis species variation and it is referred to as the "narrow form". Maximum size is approximately 2". This tooth has a rich  blue & tan crown and a light brown colored root. Excellent colors!  Razor sharp cutting edge. Excellent preservation - note nutrient hole on root.
