A Rare, Top Quality Classic Peruvian Megalodon tooth from the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age) with great color. An August Fossil of the Month. This Megalodon has an incredible light brown colored crown. The bourlette is a white color and the root is a nice white & tan color and complete. Great color! High quality enamel. The bourlette is excellent and 100% complete. The serrations are razor sharp and 100% complete with an excellent tip serration. The root has a natural crack, but it does not extend through the crown. No break. This Megalodon was found in the Ocucate area of Peru (Miocene age). No repair or restoration. A FANTASTIC Peruvian collector's tooth from the old days! Authenticity guaranteed. Perfect tooth. You do not see these teeth any more.
