A Large, Top Qaulity Edmontonia rugosidens tooth from the late Cretaceous of northern North America. Edmontonia rugosidens was a large Nodosaur which grew to 20 feet and 6000 pounds. The enamel is very good quality with good color / patina. Very little natural wear. No cracks or restoration. ~76 MYA. Legally collected on private land in the Judith River Fm., Wheatfield Co., Montana. Authenticity guaranteed. A rare, Top Quality ~5" CLASSIC Chile Megalodon tooth from the sand layer, Bahia Inglesa Fm., Caldera area, Chile. A March Fossil of the Month. An excellent light tan colored crown with no enamel peel. Good quality enamel. The bourlette has a nice mahogany brown color and is 100% complete. The serrations are sharp with some damage. The root is excellent tan color and extra wide with a small sliver of damage on the side of the root. Good "eye appeal". Great symmetry. No repair or restoration. A GEM 5-1/4" BLACK over GRAY colored Megalodon tooth - an upper jaw ANTERIOR tooth. This exceptional Meg tooth is our September 2017 Fossil of the Month. The incredible black over gray crown shows on the display and reverse sides. The serrations are razor sharp including the tip. Excellent for a big Megalodon!
