A Top Quality, Pathologic Bone Valley Mako shark tooth from Polk County, Florida with great color! Commonly referred to as Isurus hastalis, but renamed to Carcharodon hastalis as a Great White shark ancestor. An Extra Large, TOP QUALITY, 3" Carcharodon (Isurus) hastalis tooth with an excellent blue & pink colored crown. A March Fossil of the Month. The root is very well preserved with a nice brown color. A Top Quality upper jaw Notorhynchus tooth - the Sevengill Cow shark, from the Lee Creek mine, Aurora, No. Carolina. This tooth has a rich blue & tan crown with a tan root. Three main cusps.
