An EXTRA LARGE, TOP QUALITY, Carcharodon (Isurus) hastalis tooth with an excellent tan color from the Sharktooth Hill area, Bakersfield, California. A February Fossil of the Month. This tooth is nicely displayed on its original Round Mountain silt matrix with three whale bones. The root is very well preserved with a brown color. Very clean crown. A ~4" TOP QUALTIY Megalodon - Golden Beach tooth. Fantastic caramel tan colored crown with an incredible brown colored bourlette (extra large & complete!) and a brown root. Highest quality enamel. Excellent serrations with a damaged tip serration. No hydration cracks on root! Miocene age (10-15 million years ago). A very good size for a Florida Meg tooth.  A couple of small flaws away from an ultra high dollar GEM tooth. No repair - of course! An excellent collector's Golden Beach tooth.

A very rare, Sphenodus tooth, from a very early shark. Absolutely great preservation - excellent condition with extra sharp cutting edges. These are Upper Jurassic age from Voskresensk, Russia. Note - there appears to be very minor repair (patch) on the rear of root (1/16" sliver area); left hand corner of the root of this tooth (rear side). Repair not visible front the display side. Bargain priced for a rare, killer Sphenodus tooth!
