This tooth has a dark blue colored crown, a large distinct brown gum line, and a black root. Great color! High quality enamel with no hydration cracks. Serrations are large with a damaged tip serration. Good preservation - note nutrient hole on root. No repair or restoration. A Large collector's GW tooth for a rare locality. An ultra rare Alopias palatasi shark tooth, the extinct serrated Giant Thresher, from Calvert Cliffs, Maryland. An August 2020 Fossil of the Month offering. Nice blue color. Serration are well developed. Very good preservation and condition.  These teeth are rarely found and seen. An ultra rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Try finding one of these teeth! A GEM, 2-5/8" North Carolina Great White shark tooth - an upper jaw anterior tooth. This Great White shark tooth has an excellent green colored crown. Great color. Excellent sharp serrations and a complete root. One of the finest examples of a extra large No. American Great White shark tooth considering the shape, color, and preservation. NO repair! The BEST of the BEST! One of my favorites. It will be difficult to find No. American GW tooth like this one. This is one of three of the finest Great White shark teeth that I have seen from this site.
