A very rare, early Otodus obliquus anterior tooth from Kzil-Orda Region, Kazakhstan. Otodus obliquus is the ancestor to O. auriculatus (see detailed discussion below) which leads to Megalodon. The bourlette is large and complete. Exhibits no serrations. The starting species to serrated Otodus teeth. These teeth exhibit very good color, gloss, and preservation. A rare, early Eocene (Ypresian) Auriculatus transition tooth. A very challenging tooth to find when building a Megalodon evolutionary set! No repair. Authenticity guaranteed. A very rare, Trigonotodus alteri shark tooth, an extinct Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice tan color. Good preservation, but there are a some condition issues.  These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the rarest of the Giant Thresher species.

A very rare, Alopias palatasi shark tooth, an extinct serrated Giant Thresher, from So. Carolina. Nice blue color. Good preservation, but there is erosion. Serrations are visible. These teeth are rarely found and seen. A rare collectors' tooth in high quality condition. Authenticity guaranteed. This is the second rarest of the Giant Thresher species.

A rare, Top Quality Tyrannosaurus rex sub-adult right maxillary tooth. This tooth measures 2-1/8" with a large natural tip wear facet (could have been a 2-1/2" tooth). The enamel has excellent color and patina. Very good anterior and posterior serrations. Note - the anterior serrrations have a "Y" formation - very unique. The base cross-section is a compressed oval; however, you can see that the base of the tooth is the top of root section and the base "pinching" is in the root section only. This tooth measures 2-3/4".  The enamel has exceptional color and patina. Excellent anterior and posterior serrations. The serrations are large and wrap around the tip. This tooth was recently erupted and had no tip wear. No hydration cracks or breaks. Note - the root section is 1-1/4"+ and with a wall that is nearly 1/4" thick.
